The Effect of Stimulative Systems on Companies Costs and Revenues

Dissertation thesis deals with issue stimulation remuneration system for employees of workers profession. Empiric research is focused on situation in the field of remuneration for employees in custom engineering companies acting in the Czech Republic. The final facts from both research are the starting point for creating predictive model. The model offers two main possibilities how to reward workers. It allows settings for each specific company and shows the impact of both chosen system and its settings on financial economy of company.

Value Added - Accounts nad Economical Aspects

Intention of this work is to draw closer accounting and economic aspects of value added. Value added is the value, which has increased a given output by own activity of an enterprise in comparison to the previous level. Information about its extent gives accountancy. Value added is a criterion how top executives manage given resources. At the same time it serves as base for calculation of gross domestic product (GDP), which is measuring economic efficiency of a country.This project consists of three thematic parts. The first part deals with accountancy. There are accountant standards, final accounts and connected financial statements. Furthemore there is calculation of value added cleared up.The second part deals with internal structure of enterprise. For the best achieving effect of value added, besides suitable technology, there is also very important the price setting. On this account there is a chapter devoting to calculation making. The third part is focused on economic accountancy. It describes standards of national accountancy, system of national accounts and data acquisition needed for calculation of macro-economic index. Methods are named for GDP calculation of which base makes value added.At the end of the work there are enclosures relating to particular themes and describing the work in detail.

The dissertation thesis is focused on the management of companies in the field of health-oriented tourism. Business management is conceived in a broad context, not only as traditionally in terms of financial indicators, but also in terms of strategic management of companies, in connection with management competencies. The aim of this work is to assess the economy of companies in the field of health-oriented tourism infrastructure and to propose methods and procedures applicable to the development of health care as a whole without the need to increase funding sources and propose a possible model for sustainable functioning of health-tourism businesses.

Mining of data from information systems and their subsequent processing for purposes of financial controlling

Bachelor thesis is focused on evaluating the effectiveness of data manipulation, which are used in the financial controlling.
In the first part, the author introduces theoretical solutions, especially the activities and operations of financial controlling in the organizational structure of the company,the concepts of business intelligence, data mining and data processing.
In the analytical part, the author describes the role of financial controlling in particular Czech company, introduces a set of monitored indicators and description of the use of information systems and data flows, resulting in controlling outputs.
In the concluding section, the author evaluates the efficiency of data processing, proposes procedural changes and comments on the company's ability to implement the changes.

Evaluation of the Financial Health of ELEKTROSTAV STRAKONICE, Ltd

The thesis deals with an analysis of the economic health of the company ELEKTROSTAV STRAKONICE Ltd. To meet the goals of the thesis several chosen financial analysis indexes will be used. These indexes will be firstly calculated and then used in the assessment of the financial and economic health of the company. The results of the financial analysis will be assessed and compared with results of other companies in the same field of business. If necessary, certain measures of improvement are suggested. The comparison serves as an illustration of what position the company holds in the market.

SIMULATION OF FINANCIAL FLOW OF CHOSEN SUBJECT

The objective of this bachelor's degree work is to judge with the help of simulation models, change in production of company. This study was directed to the elimination of production of pork and overall economy in this company. I had to prove if by cancelation of pork production from company economy, will have positive or negative influence on company cash flow.
